Well if anyone ever needed proof of George W. Bush's intelligence, here it is. Note that all of these comments are completely genuine and Bush did actually say everyone of these things!
Back to Words of Wisdom Home

"Our priorities is our faith." (priority?)

"Families is where our nation finds hope, where wings take dream."

"If you don't stand for anything, you don't stand for anything." (profound)

"Well, I think if you say you're going to do something and don't do it, that's trustworthiness." (well, that explains modern politics quite nicely)

"The American people wants a president that appeals to the angels." (yes Mr Bush whatever you say)

"I don't know whether I'm going to win or not. I think I am. I do know I'm ready for the job. And, if not, that's just the way it goes." (nice of him to warn us)

"I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully." (he's talking about fishing ... I hope)

"We'll let our friends be the peacekeepers and the great country called America will be the pacemakers." (Yes, damn good pacemakers in America)

"They have miscalculated me as a leader." (Yes, they elected you after all)

"One of the common denominators I have found is that expectations rise above that which is expected" (One for all you mathematicians out there)

"The best way to relieve families from time to time is to let them keep some of their money." (Some?)

"I will have a foreign handed foreign policy." (Perhaps he's from a foreign planet?)

"I am a person who recognises the fallacy of humans." (Fallibility?)

"The fact remains that he relies on facts - says things that are not factual - are going to undermine his campaign." (The fact remains you don't have a clue what you're on about)

"The point is, this is a way to help inoculate me about what has come and is coming." (A good dose of anthrax hopefully)

"We cannot let terriers and rouge nations hold this nation hostile." (Well I think he started the hostilities, and hopefully he means terrorists not nations of dogs."

"They said this issue wouldn't resignate with the people. They've been proved wrong, it does resignate." (Resonate?)

"If I think you know what you believe, its makes it a lot easier to answer questions. I can't answer your question." (I think if he knows what he's talking about it would make every bodies lives much better)

"If affirmative action means what I just described, what I'm for, then I'm for it." (A 'military president' who doesn't know what affirmative means?)

"Drug therapies are replacing a lot of medicines as we used to know it." (perhaps someone should explain the fact that just because two words are different, they can still have the same meaning.)

"A surplus means there'll be money left over, otherwise it wouldn't be a surplus." (What a definition, try using that in your geography exam)

One last point: According to Bush's website; his Number 3 priority is "Putting education first."
