The people at Connexions are here to take our personal details, process us, and give us advice on our careers. Privacy issues aside, as a person new to the system the thing that hit me first was their literacy, and lack thereof...
In the first email I recieved from them, there were no less than seven errors, just at a glance. It's not like this is seven errors amongst several pages - it was five sentances. That's more than an error per sentance (worse even than an issue of Inside Mark!)

I know they're trying to appear young and cool to identify with their target audience, but should this really extend to their literacy skills? How can I trust advice from a company who can't even spell the word?

The January reward alert come along just at the right time as it gets nearer to the end of the month and everyone starts running out of cash!

Well, here you can spend your points on all sorts of stuff. Get £5 at ASOS.com and spend that on some bargains in their sale or get your mitts on a Big Papa Jack poster to adorn your walls with. Other wise get a triangular pen from Staedlter to write all you IOUs with!

Whatever you get, get claiming quick as these rewards will whiz off the site!
