The people at Connexions are here to take our personal details, process us, and give us advice on our careers. Privacy issues aside, as a person new to the system the thing that hit me first was their literacy, and lack thereof...
In the first email I recieved from them, there were no less than seven errors, just at a glance. It's not like this is seven errors amongst several pages - it was five sentances. That's more than an error per sentance (worse even than an issue of Inside Mark!)

I know they're trying to appear young and cool to identify with their target audience, but should this really extend to their literacy skills? How can I trust advice from a company who can't even spell the word?
